  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the date of purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another email when it has been shipped.

Note: Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship across India including major cities, towns, and many remote locations.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

We work with reliable logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders above β‚Ή999

  • For orders below β‚Ή999, a flat shipping fee of β‚Ή49 is applicable.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): β‚Ή49–₹99 based on order value.

Exact charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID and link via email/SMS. You can track your shipment status anytime from:

  • Your Lumi Nest account β†’ Orders

  • The tracking page of the courier partner

⏳ 7. Delays and Exceptional Cases

We strive to deliver on time, but delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Courier delays or strikes

  • Inaccurate shipping addresses

  • Remote location access issues

We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in case of any delay.


πŸ“¬ 8. Delivery Attempt and RTO

  • Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking the order as undeliverable.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to non-availability, wrong address, or refusal to accept, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • In such cases, we may reship the product after reconfirmation or deduct reshipping charges if applicable.


🚫 9. Undelivered/Damaged Packages

If your order:

  • Hasn’t been delivered within 10 days of dispatch

  • Was delivered in a damaged or tampered condition

Please notify us immediately by sending an email to contact@luminest.co.in along with your Order ID and photos of the package (if damaged).

We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
